Time for the first big OB appointment

Ok, I have a confession. I have been like this for as long as I can remember. I think they call it white coat syndrome. I ALWAYS get very anxious at my doctor's appointments. I know it is irrational but I cannot seem to quit doing it. Now tomorrow it will be compounded by the fact that it is my FIRST ob appointment and we SHOULD get to hear the heartbeat. I will post an update as soon as I am done. And I will try and relax tomorrow even though it is like asking hell to freeze over. I think I just needed to get it out there. Wish me luck. I will need it.

Lots of luck Patty! I like following in your footsteps so I'm hoping that you hear the heartbeat too! My next appointment is next Friday. I hope that I can hear it then too... it may still be too early. Lots of luck and hugs and SSCKs for you!!!!
