and my baby seems to be plumping up nicely. He is now a whopping 24lbs 15 oz! Good grief! The nurse measured him as only 29 1/2" so I am not sure if he really only grew 1/2 inch or if he was measured incorrectly. Doc says he is still >95 for both height and weight so maybe he is just taking a break stretching out.
Unfortunately, the last two days he has refused all bottles and only has been nursing exclusively. He has had a fever also so I put in a call to the doctor and of course they want to see him. I just hope he is not dehydrated. Luckily no diarrhea but his diapers are not as wet as they usually are. They only seem to get slightly moist. He is in good spirits otherwise but when his fever goes up he gets crabby. Our appointment is at 430pm so hopefully we will know what is wrong or if he needs some iv fluids. I'll post an update tomorrow.
