Big layoffs are scheduled for Monday

We are just holding our breath. It seems that Ford is scheduling a massive televised meeting to let everyone in on their plan to remain financially sound. Along with this comes, of course, layoffs and plant closings. No one is safe it seems and from what my husband has heard it may be all in who you know (what's new?) So, we are crossing our fingers and toes and waiting for the big hatchet to fall. I keep encouraging my honey to get a headhunter and look while he still has a job. I realize it is easier for me to say than for him to do. No company is safe this day in age. Keep us in your thoughts as Monday quickly approaches.....
