cm dilated! I know I still have awhile yet but I am encouraged to see that my body is getting ready. I am having more braxton hicks and some are a little painful so there was no surprise that I have started dialating. I am wondering about the whole mucous plug thing though. I have not ever seen one with any of my pregnancies. Anyone else have this happen to them? I did have a slimmy and snotty thing once around 31 weeks that might have been the phantom mucous plug but I thought it was kinda early for it to have been the plug. I will be checked again next week for progress and hopefully more signs of labor to come soon. My doc said that he is head down and high so it shant be within the next week or two I am guessing.
We have officially chosen Joshua as his first name but are in a debate over the middle name of either Matthew or James. Matthew would give both boys the same initials as their dad and James would give each boy one of their daddy's names. I will prolly be pushing before we actually make an official decision.
Joshua's room is ready and Jacob has picked out a gift for the baby. He found a soft book that signs the song "Itsy Bitsy Spider". Now I just have to find a gift for Josh to give to his big brother....any ideas? I had thought about a camera for Jacob to take pictures with but he may be just a hair too young for this. It says for 5 and older and he just turned 3. I don't always adhere to the recommendation but the gap is a little larger than I usually go.
James will be taking another belly shot today so I should be posting it sometime this weekend. Stay tuned.....

Congrats on the progress. And you look very cute and tiny for 36 weeks. As far as the mucus plug, my last pregnancy was the only one where I lost it and I lost it pieces at a time. I have read that if you lose it early, it can regenerate. The other two didnt know anything about it, so im assuming it wasnt lost until delivery. She was also the only one where my water started leaking, so dont know if that goes hand or hand or not.
I think your the last one of my reads to still have the baby, Im getting very anxious with every birth I read about. I want it to be my turn too. hehe. Good luck!
