Post gallbladder surgery update

Well, James is finally back to work. What an ordeal! His recovery is slow but he is finally allowed to lift up to 25 lbs. Of course Josh is heavier than that and that is who wants to be picked up the most. He is pretty square at 36 lbs and 36 inches. Anyways...due to some work policy change at Ford James got about 1/3 of his last months salary deducted from his check. Now that makes life fun. We have to wait until Unicare decides to pay his salary to recoup our money. Of course this policy went into effect just 3 days before his surgery. It seems that some of the management has been abusing the prior policy and went out on bogus medical leaves of absence only to find other employment during their time off. Isn't it always the guy playing by the rules that gets the proverbial shaft when policy changes? All this aside we are quite lucky that James' gallbladder didn't rupture. He could have died had it happened. Thank God he is ok.
